I am living a dream, I am doing what I was meant to do, I am a full-time Real Estate Broker, licensed to sell since 2005.  I started my real estate career at the family-owned office in Lombard that has a long history of making owning a home, a pleasant, personal experience.  I spent my first 5 years in Real Estate learning from the best, JW Reedy Realty.  After my first 5 years, in Real Estate, the other big names in Real Estate kept on calling me and making me big promises, I have worked for Coldwell Banker and ReMax. We were fortunate enough to have sold the house at quite a bit higher than asking price during the period of time where only the realtors knew about our upcoming home for sale, before our first scheduled open-house. Christina helped us negotiate a good price with the interested party who had been looking for an entire year. Their realtor gave them the heads up that our home was about to come onto the market the next week.

Christina is so beyond knowledgeable in her field and we knew we were in the right hands with her in our Butterfield East community/DuPage area. Her response to my questions and her attention for our sell was a key factor and with her help we were able to make a great sale. 

Christina's performance with the sale of our house was great as she handled so many pop up showings, a great job at advertising and she hired a fabulous photographer and videographer for our house.  She followed up with potential buyers after the showings to gain feedback and she kept in contact with interested buyers. I have to say she did very well with our requests for certain covid protocols. She made sure she communicated well with the buyers to make sure they were wearing foot covers and following our directions for a showings. Contract and paperwork was done in a timely matter and she always took time to answer the phone no matter what the concern was. Her response for text was great too.

Christina portraits all so many great characteristics for selling a home and with being first time home sellers, she took her time to allow us to understand and walk us through this selling process. I cant say more excellent things about Christina and I plan on referring her to others I know.
